What is your Returns/Exchange Policy

Return Policy: Lugz.com Purchase
Upon receipt of your order, please examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order within 30 days, return unworn merchandise in its original package and include your order number from the packing slip. Make sure to advise us the reason for your return. Shipping charges will be fully refunded ONLY if Lugz.com has sent the wrong item or the item is found to be defective.

To initiate a return, please use the submit a request form at the bottom of this page and select Returns / Exchanges to provide us with your information. 

If you received the wrong product or the product has a material or manufacture flaw, please use the Submit a request form, choose the Returns / Exchanges option then select the Purchased from Lugz.com selection and we will make arrangements to have the product replaced. Once your shipment has been received, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. 

Return Policy: Other Domestic Retail Store

Products purchased from a Retail Store must be returned to the store it was purchased from. If your product was purchased in a store and has a material or manufacture flaw, please use the Returns / Exchanges selection, then use the Purchases from Other Retail Store selection on the customer service contact form and we will make arrangements to have the product replaced.

Return Policy: Online International Purchase

We do not provide returns or exchanges for International orders. If Lugz.com has sent the wrong item or the item is found to be defective please email trackmyparcel@i-parcel.com to process your return.
